Royal Vopak is the largest and global market leader of independent bulk liquid storage terminals. It is based in Rotterdam and listed on the Dutch stock exchange (AEX).

Currently Vopak operates in 32 countries with 80 terminal operations.

Organisation

Vopak is organised into five divisions:

• Chemicals Europe, Middle East & Africa
• Oil Europe, Middle East & Africa
• Asia
• North America
• Latin America

The units of the global organisation work closely together and actively exchange knowledge and expertise, enabling Vopak to respond rapidly, creatively and accurately to changing customer needs and market developments. Vopak seeks to continually improve and expand its terminal network, particularly in strategically located international ports.

Vopak Terminals UK

Vopak UK reports directly to the Chemicals Europe and Middle East & Africa division and is the British face to the Vopak network.

The four terminals, Ipswich, London, Teesside and Windmill are strategically placed in prime locations in major UK ports which allows for a fast and efficient service. The strength of the company is based upon a combination of experience, well trained and knowledgeable people adhering to the highest safety and quality standards. Vopak terminals can offer a unique access to chemical, fuel, gas and biofuels markets.
